Spulen für Tiegelöfen
GECSA fertigt und repariert Induktionsspulen gemäß Zeichnung. Die Spulen bestehen aus einem Kupferprofil unterschiedlicher Form und Größe, das je nach Ausführung den Kühlwasserfluss im Inneren zirkuliert. Sobald das Profil gebildet ist, wird es mittels Farben, Lacken und Schutzmaßnahmen aus verschiedenen Isoliermaterialien isoliert. Zuvor wurden die Kühlanschlussklemmen mit dem Kupferprofil verschweißt. Letztendlich werden Materialien vom Epoxidtyp platziert, um die Spule vom Kessel zu isolieren. Die häufigsten Reparaturen sind die Beseitigung von Rissen und Undichtigkeiten. Außerdem wird ein Erdfehler gemessen, die Isolation überprüft und dieser ersetzt.
